Refund policy
If you want to return your items, you have 20 business days to notify us of your return. We must receive your desired return within 30-days of the date you received your package. If your package is received within those 30-days and there are no issues with them items we got back, you will receive a full refund, or store credit which ever you desire.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
ie) unworn or unused, with tags, no stains, no scents, no pet hair, etc.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE except for shoes they can be exchanged for a different size only if size is available.
HOW TO RETURN:
-Email us at estilo.equestree@gmail.com with your order number, and last name. In the email please let us know of your desired return and the reason for it. Once approved, we will email you a return label and you have until the end of the 30 day period to get it back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items, with the exception of shoes. They may be exchanged for a different size if available. If your desired size is unavailable, the sale is final.
Exchanges
You have 20 business days to notify us of your exchange. We must receive your desired Exchange within 30-days of the date you received your package. If your package is received within those 30-days and there are no issues with the items we got back, you will receive a store credit.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
